PRESS & REViEWS

“... a band from Lennik, Erato which could become an example for the Belgian Goth-scene...”(Goth Magazine)

“... at the end everybody was hungry for more, even some people were shouting for more. It'snot accidentally they won the Goth Rally. 1° by jury, 2° by public...” (Dark Entries Magazine)

“... Erato's music is melodic and various. Comparing Erato with another band is difficult, youcan put them between Deine Lakeien and Garden of Delight.” (Kagan)

“…If you like electro goth you must check out Erato and if you don't, check them out to. Youwill be surprised.” (Darker than the Bat)

“After several years and changes in the line up, an achieved work with excellent darkmelodies. Ready to get signed! -Rate: (DP:7/8)DP.” (Side-Line Magazine)

“Goth is dead? Not at all, Erato keeps 'gothic rock' alive and kicking by carefully injecting electronics into the cool guitar sound…they're back on their feet and with new songs like theirresistible 'The Irreplaceable One' they show gothic at its best.” (Dark Entries Magazine)

“… With their mix of electronic drums, synth lines and guitar parts they could easy appeal to abroad (gothic) audience. I won't be surprised if this isn't the last we hear of this band.”(GRUIS)

“This is definitely a Belgian band that needs more attention... You could see they were havinga lot of fun and especially the bass player was having a little party on his own in the back…(Caer Gwydeon)

Some of the studio works of ERATO sound a bit low-fi because of their demo character butlive it sounds much fuller and vivid, and their Dark Rock comes to a whole new life… And inWaregem, ERATO made sure that the third day of the festival started nicely with a quite enjoyable performance. Hope to see them more often on the bills of festivals like this one!(Reflections In Darkness webzine )
